☀️ AM Routine
If you use ANYTHING from this list, make sure it’s sunscreen. Every single day.
I start and end the day with a double cleanse. An oil based cleanser and then go in with a water based one. I think doing this has made the most improvement in my skin.
Cleansing Balms & Oils
I start and end the day with a non-stripping, hydrating cleanser. Something like the CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser or La Roche-Posay Hydrating Gentle Cleanser. It’s simple, but it works.
Water based Cleanser
This is the first thing I apply after cleansing in the morning. It gently exfoliates and brightens without irritation. I love how it evens tone and preps my skin for hydration.
Acwell Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner
If my skin needs bounce and hydration, this is the one I reach for. I layer it after the Acwell toner or use it alone on more sensitive days.
Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner
This one’s magic for flare-ups or redness. I reach for it on days when my skin’s mad or when I’m skipping actives.
Anua Heartleaf 77 Soothing Toner pH 5.5
Gives that dewy, Korean skin finish. I love this after exfoliation nights to add moisture without heaviness.
TIRTIR Milk Skin Rice Toner - Deep Moisturizing
This is my skin’s comfort step. I use it every day no matter what actives I’m rotating in. It layers beautifully and never pills.
Prequel Multi Quench Plumping Hydration Face Serum - 1.7 fl oz
I finish with something calming and barrier-friendly like this double repair moisturizer. Locks everything in without suffocating my skin.
La Roche-Posay Moisturizer
Every. Single. Morning. My go-to is the Versed Guards Up or Beauty of Joseon. Both are mineral, don’t sting, and layer well.

💡 Notes:
• I never layer exfoliating products (like the Acwell toner, VT Shot, and Milk Peel) on the same day.
• Retinol nights = no exfoliants, only hydration + moisturizer.
• Hydrating toner goes after exfoliating toner, or alone on non-active ...

TIRTIR Milk Skin Rice Toner - Deep Moisturizing
I use this 2x3’s per week after toning for texture refining and glow. It gives me that mild tingle, but nothing too aggressive. Followed immediately with hydration and moisturizer.
VT Cosmetics - Reedle Shot 100
A strong exfoliating step I use sparingly, maybe once per week. I skip other actives on nights I use this and follow with barrier repair hydration.
Prequel Multi-Acid Milk Peel - 7.6 fl oz
Gentle but effective retinol. I space it out and never mix with other actives that night. Always follow with lots of hydration and moisturizer.
Retinol Complex Serum - Naturium
I use this nightly, even after exfoliating or using retinol to calm everything down and seal in hydration.
Prequel Multi Quench Plumping Hydration Face Serum - 1.7 fl oz
I pick one that’s nourishing but not heavy. Think CeraVe PM or Naturium Multi-Peptide Moisturizer.
