New restaurant on the scene that is good with a cool vibe.
Been the main coffee shop for over 20 years. Serves a decent breakfast or lunch. The frozen Yankeedoodle though 💯

For a true coffee shop vibe, head to the downtown location. This one is like a cute diner meets coffee shop and I like the vibe. The coffee is good too!

Head here in the winter to see manatees or in the summer to swim in the springs! It gets busy on the weekends, so go during a weekday for less crowds.

Every Friday night is the Artisan Alley market. Walk around and see what the vendors have on offer, buy local honey or I used to love getting the arepa there!

I haven't tried this place yet, but it looks so cool and inviting! They offer different cooking classes, which can be a fun and delicious night out.
BLUE Culinary Studio
Love coming here in the winter for nature walks! It's beautiful, but not shaded. It's kind of tucked away, but keep going until it dead ends.
Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge
This state park is on the St. John's River and you have to hop on a ferry to get to it. They have some nature trails or you can rent a kayak to explore the river.
Hontoon Island State Park
Rent a Pontoon boat for a day or half and enjoy the St. John's River.
