I can't stress enough how healthy this flour is for humans. Low GI, good for bones and 2x more calcium. This is the best option when I want something lite but still nutritious. I would definitely recommend that.

I found an alternative brand to the white dried peas that I have 2 times a week. This is easy to store, and by just soaking 5-6 hours in water, you can just pressure cook them and use in salads, curries or as such also. Very good in taste
