This toner is highly regarded and very popular in Korean skincare! I love it for a light exfoliation and hydration before my sunscreen. Gently exfoliates, hydrates, and soothes :)

I’ll add this after cleansing for the peptides and hydration before moisturizing. Brightens complexion with niacinamide and deeply hydrates with hyaluronic acid!
