I believe it’s important each morning to read. Reading everyday for me is about learning something new everyday. I enjoy all sorts of books and once in a while I escape to fiction.

I stretch in bed every morning. Seated forward fold. Spinal Twists (gently), and a great big good morning stretch.

If I wake up and I remember my dreams I will write them down immediately in my dream journal. Writing down your dreams is supposed to help you remember more dreams and eventually lucid dream.
