I've hosted numerous birthday parties for my children and I've been invited as a guest. The food is edible and reasonably priced. It's worth upgrading to platinum if you're kids want to go on the zip line.

They hold lessons but on Friday evenings is open gym for the public which costs $10 or so per person.

It's a super stimulating park with loads of dynamic colors. In the summer though, there isn't shade. The park has bathrooms and from time to time, ice-cream trucks.

Swimming in Frederick, MD
There are mixed reviews out there but I grew up going as a kid. I've taken my kids and they had fun. Check how to reserve online before going in the summer. I personally like to go in the Fall and Winter when it's quiet.
GREENBRIER STATE PARK
My kids learned how to swim at this YMCA. I think the water is cold but my kids didn't seem to mind. Lockers are clean and the showers too.
