Byoma serums (my favourite is the blue bottle) help to restore the skin barrier and I have personally found that my skin looked calmer (and overall less red) during active breakouts.
Byoma serums
Acne & acne scaring (personally) can sometimes make my face look a little dull. This serum is really good at ‘plumping’ the skin to give a healthy glow even when suffering through breakouts.
Hyaluronic Acid Serum to Plump & Hydrate Skin
This is the serum that I am currently using. It is safe for daily use, and I apply it before moisturiser. It sinks in very quickly, and is not sticky. It also comes without fragrance so it is safe for those with allergic skin.
Facetheory niacinamide serum - 10%
I used these products to help gradually and gently fade acne scars.
It is a suitable choice for those who want to try use a product with BHA but wish to start with a lower concentration.

Facetheory Azelaic Acid 10%
Unlike a few other vitamin C cleansers I have tried, this one never stings or burns my skin (and my skin is incredibly sensitive). On the website there is the option to order a non-scented product if you are sensitive to fragrance.

If you have sensitive skin (or also prone to acne breakouts) I cannot recommend la Roche posay enough. Never once have these products burned, stung, itched, or caused breakouts on my skin.
Roche Posay line
In my honest opinion, these products are better for you if you have very mild acne. For moderate to severe acne I recommend Facetheory (see my above recommendations).
Clinique - sensitive skin safe
I have tried several brands of pimple patches and I found that this was the most successful for me. These are great for overnight use as they stay firmly on and don’t peel off. They are also easy to wear during the day and don’t stand out!
