Bartlett Hills Golf Club
The three event coordinator ladies were so nice, and I loved the Scottish castle vibes
Makray Memorial Golf Club
This venue is right on the river, so there's gorgeous views, and I loved the brick everywhere
Riverside Receptions and Conference Center
They have two ballroom spaces to pick from. I liked the modern style of the Devonshire but loved the 360 wrap-around bar that came with the Grand Ballroom!
Chevy Chase Country Club
This would be perfect as a destination wedding, and your guests could stay on-site at the hotel. Even from the indoor reception area, you can see Lake Michigan. Beautiful!
Illinois Beach Hotel Weddings & Events
Such a gorgeous venue and had a huge bridal suite, but it was a bit on the pricier side.
Metropolis Ballroom
Pricing was pretty good here, but there are three ballrooms, so other events could be going on during your wedding.
Schaumburg Banquet Hall - The Seville - Event Venue ...
Loved the high ceilings and glass! Rustic cabin vibes. There's a private entrance for guests to come in so they don't go through the pub area.
Wild Onion Brewery & Banquets
Such a beautiful venue with the surrounding nature. It's part of the Forest Preserves system. Perfect for a guest count of 100 or less. This is a blank slate for you to do with as you want; they provide the tables and chairs but no linens, decor, foo...
Thunderhawk Golf Club
Not all-inclusive. They have a full kitchen, so you can bring in your own food and alchol if you provide a temporary liquor license. Ceremonies could be inside or outside, and they had a good-sized living room area for cocktail hour.
Highland Park Community House
The pricing was very good, and all of your guests could stay here. But the carpets were kind of wacky for the two banquet rooms.
Chicago Marriott Naperville
There is a smaller ballroom that could be used for an indoor ceremony, and there is a bar area that could be reserved for cocktail hour, but the main attraction is the ballroom, it looked so elegant! And they have the largest bridal suite in the Chic...

Total Frank Lloyd Wright vibes, but it was a bit pricey.

Ceremony most likely would have to be outdoors, but such a beautiful venue, and it's also part of the Forest Preserves system

The Library
They have the Courthouse Square and The Loft options. The Loft is for micro weddings, and the Courthouse Square can accommodate around 100 people. The bridal suite at the Courthouse Square was a very nice size.
