There's a little bit of everything to do in D.C.!
My favorite activity in all of D.C.! Especially now that the pandas have returned. Free for all, always something to see, and there's a cocktail truck inside now. Pro tip: For those riding the metro, get off at Cleveland Park (not Woodley Park-Zoo)! ...
Smithsonian National Zoological Park
To Do: Breakfast/Brunch
The best brunches ALWAYS involve bottomless.
This brunch has a fun, upscale vibe--perfect for getting dressed up on a Saturday morning for a girls' brunch. Would recommend the chicken and waffle!
Lyle's
My all-time favorite bagel is the sundried tomato bagel, and Bethesda Bagels is one of the few places I've found that does it well! Always excellent quality.
Bethesda Bagels
Brunch on their rooftop is one of my favorites in the city! Food is delicious, drinks are good, and the company is great.
Hawthorne - U Street (@hawthorneust) · Washington D.C., DC
A hidden gem for brunch spots--and one of the best. Bottomless margarita pitchers and an entree, need I say more?
Laredo DC Restaurant
What's better than bottomless mimosas? Bottomless tapas and $.99 mimosas. Everything on this menu is so so good. Always came here with my friends!
AMBAR Restaurant, Capitol Hill
I loovvveee the fried chicken biscuit here! My favorite location is over in Eastern Market, and a great spot if you're over by the Capitol.
Ted's Bulletin - 14th Street

Italian Restaurant in Washington - Vace Italian Delicatessen and Home made ...
Best quick and easy sandwich that's good every time. The soups are also delicious--I'd recommend it all.
Potbelly Sandwich Works
To Do: Dinner
Best dinners in D.C.!
A classic place for D.C., being the oldest bar and grille in the district, but worth it! If you're touring around D.C., this is right by the White House and has a little something for everybody!
Old Ebbitt Grill
Excellent food and drinks! My favorite drink off this menu is the Antipasto Martini. So unique, and not like any other martini!
Caruso's Grocery
My favorite restaurant in all of D.C.! They have happy hour starting at 11am on weekdays going all the way until 8pm. Such an underrated spot right in Gallery Place.
SUCCOTASH
To Do: Drinks
The spots I'd frequent!
If you want fun drinks and great pictures, this is the spot to go. Especially when they are set up for the holidays!
Urban Roast
Always a fun spot to pop into--and fun trivia! Highly recommend for a quick drink.
Nanny O'Brien's
Fabulous happy hour with even better food. The D.C. location really is a must try, even if you think they're all the same. You'll be able to have tapas, some drinks, and be right at the heart of U Street.
Barcelona Wine Bar
This spot is always packed for good reason! Cheezits as a bar snack, great apps, and fun drinks. It's always fun getting to Jane Jane. My favorite drink is the Water Lily!
Jane Jane
Sauf Home. This is THE place for new grads to go into. Live music, multiple floors, and a good spot to day drink!
