🍳My go-to cornmeal mix. It makes the perfect pan of corn bread. I add 2 eggs instead of one, a pinch of baking soda ( my grandmothers trick),a table spoon or two of sugar, oils required and buttermilk! I also cook in a cast iron skillet! 😋
