Look, perimenopause is no walk in the park. And my mom never spoke to me about menopause, much less perimenopause. I doubt she even knew what perimenopause was. Sadly, she died two years ago so I'm on this struggle bus alone and hoping I can give what has worked for me and learn from others about what their must haves are for getting through this WILD time in our lives as women.
