To Visit
One of the wineries close to Shelburne Farms! They have an amazing assortment of tasty wines also offering some apps and wine flights! Definitely recommend making a reservation during the fall time!
Shelburne Vineyard - Vermont Wines
While in Shelburne, stop by the orchards and pick some apples! This is one of the most well known apple orchards in the Burlington area. They serve warm apple cider and donuts as well!
Shelburne Orchards
An absolute staple!!! If I could recommend any cute little shop to visit or any place to taste some apple cider it HAS to be here. Hands down the best Apple cider I’ve ever had (coming from a Vermonter so that’s serious)
If you’re looking for any breweries to visit, this is the Von Trapp brewery owned by the one and only Von Trapp family. Located close to the lodge, it has beautiful views of the green mountains and some great beer.
von Trapp Brewing: Historic Brewery in Stowe, VT
Located in Waterbury, just minutes from Stowe, is some great BBQ! I was born in Texas so I’ve got high standards for BBQ and I have to say their brisket is a must! The ambience is so cozy as well!
Prohibition Pig
If in Waterbury visiting the other places I’ve recommended, stop by the Ben & Jerry’s factory where they give tours and serve scoops!
