Once I hit around 3.5months postpartum, the hair loss and thinning hit me like a ton of bricks 🥴🧱 these are all of the products I’m trying out currently to help fight that and have my regrowth come back in stronger/sooner!
Taking these with my daily vitamin everyday! Hoping it will help my hair come in sooner/stronger. Also a perk it helps with nails and skin!!
Trying this on my roots and ends! Applying this 3 times a week and massaging into my scalp to help stimulate hair growth
Rosemary & Castor Oil
Garnier is the ONLY shampoo that doesn’t dry my hair out, and with the postpartum breakage I need all of the moisture I can get. Anything with biotin and thickening agents is a plus for my thinning hairline!!
Garnier Fructis Grow Strong Thickening Shampoo with Biotin, All Hair Types, 12.5 fl oz
Same reasoning as the shampoo, just conditioner this time lol. I’ve noticed Garnier keeps my hair shinier for longer too compared to higher end brands 🤷🏻♀️
Garnier Fructis Grow Strong All Hair Types Thickening Squeeze Conditioner with Biotin, 11.3 fl oz
Anything to help stimulate the hair follicles and get the blood moving will help with regrowth! Plus, a nice head massage never hurt anyone
Scalp Massagers in Massage(899)
Not exactly targeted for hair loss, but it is important to continue taking your vitamins postpartum!! This can help slow the fall out/breakage
Women's Multivitamin Tablets
I’m trying not to have my hair so tight on my head when I pull it up to not add to the breakage/fallout. A satin scrunchy is good to keep the hair back but it doesn’t pull on the hair
The Hair Edit Grand Ruched Ribbon Satin Scrunchies - 3pk
I’m trying this out to see if it really helps fragile hair! So far so good! It doesn’t pull on my hair and keeps it tangle free
