This is 100% the most important item I purchased! I purchased mine at Costco that came with 2 bottles and extra packets. Once my splints were removed I was instructed to rinse at least once a day until my follow up at 4 months!

Because of the splints up my nose, I was a mouth breather until they were removed! These helped keep my mouth moist and comfortable.

A humidifier will also help keep your nose & mouth from drying out!

Some surgeons may recommend taping after getting your cast removed. I used this tape to help hold my cast on my face at night after getting it removed!

Aquaphor to keep the outside of my nostrils moisturized! They got pretty dry from all of the cleaning I was instructed to do! This is also what I used when my lips got dry!
