Everyone loves a good sandwich shop or bodega. Here is my definitive list of casual spots you need to have lunch in Charlotte.

I have brunch here maybe once a month and also go to their farmers market every Thursday. It is seriously the most underrated restaurant in Charlotte and I can’t believe more people don’t talk about it. You absolutely have to try the pancakes.
Local Loaf
Once again, this is highly underrated. As far as a bodega goes, this is my number one.
Noda Bodega
If you’re gonna have lunch, you have to go to the culture shop. They do a weekly special that is always bomb and always gets me off my seat and into the restaurant. They also have a great wine selection and their chicken salad is my fave.
The Culture Shop
This is the only spot you need to know about to get wings and a beer. Pro tip get the wasabi dip.
Moosehead Grill
This is like the OG bodega. There are multiple locations for the plaza midwood one is the best in my humble opinion.
