If you're creating content with a smartphone, an Iphone 14 or later is great. They have a portrait function where they blur the background for photos and video.

I like these to not only listen to videos, music, or podcasts but to also lipsync in a reel. Wearing earbuds help prevent my neighbors from hearing my audio on a loop while recording
