We’ve lived here 2 years and these are the places we’ve enjoyed the most! We're a family of 4 with a teenager and a preschooler so finding things everyone enjoys isn't always easy, but the ones we've found are wonderful!

Free and fun! 9 shaded tables and pretty clean bathrooms. There’s also swings, teeter totters, and a slide for the kids to run between.

Something for everyone! A great time for the whole family when you need some water activities.
Smith Lake Recreation Area
A beautiful way to watch the seasons change. Awesome activities such as yoga and the holiday lights show.

Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom
First place recommended to us and we have doubled down on that recommendation! They have a great lunch buffet and dinner from there will have us satisfied for days!
2 Rim Khong Restaurant
One of those can’t-be-beat-holes-in-the-wall. It’s small and unimpressive to look at but, coming from LA, it hits the real Mexican food craving right on the nose every time! The horchata is heavenly!

We did my son’s 13th birthday here. Pro tip, we just did a regular jump and took the kids out to eat after. He wanted seafood instead of pizza and cake.

Only take walk-ins but usually a short wait. Every tech is reliable and they are family friendly; good for mom, dad, and we’ve taken my daughter as young as 4.
VENIZIAN Nails & Spa Fayetteville
Appointments are few and far between, but so worth it! Only 2 pedicure chairs and 2 manicure chairs, but they also do massages and other services. My husband loved the sports massage he got there.
