Water was pooling behind my tub every single shower. I finally pressed one of these strips along the edge on a Saturday morning and the gap was gone in ten minutes flat.

Food crumbs kept falling into the gap between my counter and stove. I'd fish out fossilized rice grains every few months. These strips ended that nightmare.

My shower door had a tiny gap at the bottom that sent water across the bathroom floor. Every bath mat I owned was permanently damp until I sealed it properly.

Pressing new strips over old gunky caulk is a recipe for peeling. I learned the hard way that five minutes of prep saves you from redoing the whole thing a week later.

Sealing the gap is step one. Keeping mold from growing behind or under the strip is the part nobody warns you about. Found that out when black spots appeared two months after my first attempt.

Some gaps are just too big for a strip alone. My window frame had a quarter-inch gap that laughed at every tape I tried. Sometimes you need actual sealant, but still no caulk gun required.

After sealing everything I realized some edges still looked rough. These trim pieces and finishing strips gave the whole bathroom that just-renovated look without actually renovating anything.
