These are the ones that genuinely kept me guessing—plot twists I didn’t see coming, page-turning suspense, and endings that stuck with me. I don’t add every hyped BookTok title (The Silent Patient, for example) unless I truly think it’s worth it. If it’s on this list, it shocked me, hooked me, or left me thinking long after I finished!
