The first week home I was eating saltines and wondering why I felt like a zombie by 6 AM. Turns out breastfeeding burns 500 calories a day and crackers weren't cutting it. These actually kept my energy up between feeds.

Some feeds last 45 minutes and your free hand is the only thing standing between you and actual starvation. Everything here can be opened, eaten, and finished without disturbing a sleeping baby.

Nobody warned me that the second my baby latched I would feel like I hadn't had water in three days. Keeping drinks within arm's reach became non-negotiable after night two.

Sometimes protein and electrolytes aren't what you need. Sometimes you need chocolate and you need it silently. Everything here passes the crinkle test and the crunch test.

Half the lactation snacks on the market taste like cardboard mixed with flaxseed. Spent two months trying everything and these are the ones I'd actually choose to eat even if they didn't help with supply.

Spent the first week getting up mid-feed to grab snacks from the kitchen, which woke the baby every single time. Building a proper station next to my chair was the smartest thing I did postpartum.
