This is just a list of a few of my favorite kitchen gadgets. Some things we know we need, some things we learn we need on the internet.

As a Dialysis Technician I have learned along the way all of the things that make my patients most comfortable during their treatments. I have listed a few things that I have seen or suggested to patients when in situations that were tough for them. The #1 complaint is that they are COLD! Warming them up is something they truly appreciate.

I'm not a skincare finatic, honestlty I could do way more . If you're BASIC, then maybe you'll like some of the simple things that make me happy. Here are the skincare/healthcare items that I personally know to be worth buying.

If I know anything its good food! A lot of things are delicious, I have simply listed the ones that leave me wanting more.

For the last 7 years, I have made my friends and family float down river on my birthday. We always have a great time, it ends with a lot of laughter and many memories. We have have learned a lot of hard lessons along the way, so here is to you and your party float down river!
