It’s actually healthy, I don’t just count carbs or calories or whatever (though that’s fine to do just know that’s not what this is for) this page is about fueling the body for exercise!
The wasabi flavor is also BOMB. The calories (if you count those) are good! But more importantly, this is a good source of fiber, not too salty but flavorful, and is a decent source of protein too so its a well-rounded snack :)

So I get dizzy quite easily, this is a great pick me up if your sugar is getting a little low without losing whatever goals you have for your body. Its got a bit of a cinnamon flavor which I love and its not too sweet.

The turkey ones especially are a MUST. I used to eat these when I would get dizzy in between classes and it would hold me over until I could eat real food :) do note though they can be a little constipating if you have IBS
