i'm a perfectionist, so i'm either all in blow out-using every product i own- 12 step routine- OR simply not washing my hair at all lmao. Since using the abbey yung method, my hair is the healthiest it's EVER been. I used to stretch wash day as far apart as I could, but my scalp was itchy and dry and my hair was so bleghhhhhhhh. I've since sucked it up and started washing every other day, and banished dry shampoo from my routine and OMG. THE DIFFERENCE I CANNOT EVEN EXPLAIN!!!!
