Pretty cakes
Lingurite Dulci
Their focaccia sandwiches are so yummy.
Le Bab Charles de Gaulle
A beautiful bookstore with an impressive showpiece. There are English-written books to read.
Cărturești Carusel
Transylvania
Insanely huge, delicious focaccia sandwiches with a wide variety of filling options. I wish I can go back there.

Black Church (Biserica Neagră)
Hands down, my ideal European castle! I recommend you book a tour guide to skip the horrible, long queues.
Peleș Castle
The iconic castle of Dracula. Personally I find it drafty. Fun fact: it's unlikely that Bram Stoker based the vampire's castle on this one.
Bran Castle

Rasnov Citadel
It's a nice viewpoint in Brasov.
The White Tower
Chimney cake is a must-try!
Transylvania Bakery
A traditional Romanian restaurant. The portions are huge and hearty.
La Ceaun
A beautiful place to hike. Rainy weather can make the paths difficult to climb. Make sure you have proper hiking equipment.
Piatra Craiului National Park
Charming little village near the Piatra Craiuli National Park.
Măgura, Buzău
Wonderful little Italian restaurant. You must have the starter dish of mussels with almonds and butter - can't stop thinking about it!
Dei Frati
