These are my favorite two podcast genres out there (it must be the millennial in me). The plus side is that they usually go hand-in-hand. I have listened through the entirety of almost all of these gems and love them all. That's Spooky and Heart Star...

This podcast has quickly become one of my favorites! Her voice is so nice to listen to, her story telling is phenomenal and she keeps it spooky.

Heart Starts Pounding: Horrors, Hauntings and Mysteries

I come and go with this podcast, but their dynamic and story telling is lovely. Note: if you don't like hearing the “t” pronounced in exactly…this might not be the podcast for you!

I listened to this one in a two day stretch. It follows a truck driver looking for her wife all over the country. It gets wild and some crazy shit starts to happen, but it's worth the listen!

Alice Isn't Dead

This one was turned into a Netflix movie. I loved listening. Archive 81 follows Dan (a media restoring grad student) and Melody (a documentarian) as their two live intertwine. They work together to solve the mystery of the Visser Apartment building!

Voices are a huge draw for podcasts with me and I loooooove this mans voice. He takes you on a journey to unlock the mysteries of Tanis. The first season is great, the rest are kind of iffy, but it's still a great listen none the less.

I la-la-loved this podcast! It follows a journalist trying to discover the truth about the paranomal. She connects with this mysterious man that has a catalog of tapes with evidence that she sorts through as the podcast goes on!

An investigative journalist tries to get to the bottom of a mass dissapearance of people from Limetown, a scientific settlement in Tennessee.

Comedy podcasts take a lot to draw me in and make me stay, but these two are some of my favorites!

I love Nicole Byer and think she is just hilarious. In this podcast, she chats with guests about the dating world and wild experiences while dating. It's a good time!

Why Won't You Date Me? with Nicole Byer

These two are funny and this podcast is such a good laugh. They get wild and throw some insane conspiracy theories out there.

I love learning little tidbits of information when I am on long trips. There are so many good episodes in all of these podcasts. I like to pick through the episodes but if you listen through them in order, you won't be dissappointed!

I looooove listening to these two! You get to learn some cool shit and it's solid entertainment!!! They cover all sorts of topics an teach you the history of said topic.

Stuff You Should Know

I hesitate to put this one in the education section because it kinda covers some conspiracy theory shit. But, still great if you love some spooky, wild thought provokers. Please listen with a skeptical mind and use your brain lol.

This one aims to teach you about lesser known people and events in history. There have been some amazing episodes and they often cover women in history too, which I love!

This duo is so easy to listen to and they are fun! They bring guest on who have insight about the cult they are covering and it's really interesting to hear their perspectives and experiences.

This one is purely entertainment in my opinion. They pick a topic that is kinda culty or has a large following and break it down to see if it has the identifiers as a cult. They're a good time and have covered some wild topics!
