Amazing Eats
Some of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat or a sweet treat in the city! Most of these spots will be very casual eating experiences.
My friend lives about a few blocks from here and it is our favorite place to go grab a bite to eat. Try the Jamaican jerk sauce! It's amazing! They also have season sauces and desserts that are tasty af.
This is by far the least busy location and the donuts are so fun. They have all sorts of wild flavors, but my favorite is the Go Tart. It is meant to resemble a strawberry popart and they 100% hit the nail on the head with it.
A tasty hole-in-the-wall type pizza joint. The za is stunning and it's consistent!
The most satisfying street tacos I have found in all of Portland….So far. Their salsas are sooo flavorful and good, the meat marinades are tasty and the vibes, stunning!
I have tried quite a few of their flavors and wow! I am not vegan, but my momma is. We always find a new vegan spot for her to try out and this is one that we all constantly think about!

My Favorite Shops
Beautifully curated shops in Downtown Portland that I absolutely adore! There are plant shops, vintage/second-hand stores, accessories, home goods and so much more!
There is some serious cult following behind the Portland Leather Goods company and honestly, I don't blame the following. The bag colors are gorgeous and they are all so incredibly well made. I have two bags and. constantly resist going to buy more!
Mmmm plants! They are my happy place and Pistils has had some really great rare plant finds! I got a very lovely Thai Constellation from there. Great service, healthy plants, beautiful set up.
A cute little shop that sells hand made ceramics and very aesthetic home goods. Vibe are stellar and I could literally buy everything in the store. On the eclectic side.
There are so many cool ass things to be found here. It is a vendor booth set up. Some of the vendors are makers, some sell vintage clothes, rugs, old tupperware, statement furniture pieces. It is like a constantly evolving treasure trove of stuff.
Everything is second-hand and they have a honed in vibe. A great place to go if you are looking for a unique article of clothing or a beautiful rug!

This is a fun dinner cruise that goes through Portland. Great evening views of the city, all the bridges and romantic way to spend the evening.
A stunning array of roses that are beautiful in the summer. The garden is quite vast and so much fun to take an afternoon stroll in.
Beautiful, peaceful and serene. This gardern is worth the stop in.
The exhibits at OMSI change monthly for the most part. They have OMSI after dark events that happen about once a month that are adults only (21+).
My husband and I went here the other day for date night and it was a blast. We spent about 2 hours here, but you could definitely spend more if you get deep into one of the exhibits lol

I looooove Ground Kontrol! They have named all their drinks with game references. They have old arcade games, gaming systems and board games galore. Great for a date night or going out with friends.
Grab some friends! This spot is such a good ass time. You play some mini-golf holes, all while enjoying a beer or cider. The vibes are excellent!
Welcome foolish mortals to this spooky-ooky bar that is chalked full of haunted mansion vibes. The drinks all fit the aesthetic. Come as you are…or aren't. Halloween is welcome here year round!
A bar that is all about women's sports and it's about freaking time. I love that there is somewhere women can go and feel supported, empowered, and see themselves dominating in sports!

Located in the Kerns Neighborhood. From what I know of the area, the crowd is young and there are tons of amazing places to hit up in the area!
A beautiful stay that is safe & clean. Very close to the Moda Center and Convention Center if you are coming into town for a game, show, or convention.
This home is gorgeous and is so bright and welcoming. A great stay if you are coming to spend a stint of time in the area.
Hawthorn is a beautiful area to stay. Parking can be a little tight, but if you have a stay with a secured spot, the rest of the area is super walkable. This are is great for thrifting and good food!
