color correcting comes from complementary shades! as a former art student color correcting is something that i love in makeup. if you have redness, use a green cc. if you have olive tones, use a pruple cc etc! so many shades available down below that...

I love the finish it gave on my skin tone, but I would not recommend this for people any darker than light skin tone, it brightens and gives a cool tone base; medium to darker skin tones should be weary because it could make u look ashy.
