I love these electrolytes, they have cleaner ingredients but also have a good ratio of sodium to potassium so they aren't salty and can be used as a daily drink - my kids get them as well









A few of my favorite proteins - I struggle with protein powder making me feel super full or feeling too thick.. here are a few of my favs..
a little tip — I use a small amount of hot water and mix the powder so it dissolves.. once that is done add cold water and ice.
