Fall (not about Halloween)
Halloween
This was one of the top recommended Halloween books when I asked around, and I just added it to our ever-growing collection! Such a sweet book!
The Little Ghost Who Was a Quilt Book
I love how his friends are all trying to help him out! Such a sweet message and example
I love all the "how to catch a..." books. There are a ton.
How to Catch a Witch
This is another one of my favorites growing up! It's a counting down book, kind of similar to the idea of the "10 little monkeys jumping on the bed" rhyme. We've loved incorporating it into our homeschool routine to practice counting!
The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything: A Halloween ...
This one some kids might find the illustrations too scary, but the reviews show plenty of pictures to give you a better idea on if it will be a good fit for your family. I thought it was a fun take on the classic "goodnight moon"
Goodnight Goon: a Petrifying Parody
One of my all time favorites from my childhood
Mommy's Monster (Look-Look)
Love the message of this one! It teaches kids that there can be strength in being different
Same author as "B is for Boo" - the illustrations in all his books are just gorgeous
Countdown to Halloween
Fall (not about Halloween)
Love the message of this one! She isn't a fan of pumpkins but found ways to share them with others and brought others joy when she found she had too many
