We use nothing but stainless steel to feed. We keep large and small on hand. Large for water and small for food.

We bought one of these on a whim and the dogs love it. We have hard floors and keep it in the kitchen. They prefer to sit on it rather than the floor. They tend to use it more than we thought they would.
Dog Mat
Our dogs are crate trained, it's their safe space where they can go when there's loud noises, thunderstorms or fireworks. We like to have the crates with dual entry points.

All of our dogs have collars with I.D. tags on them, however we're big fans of harnesses. When we leash them up, a harness is the way to go IMO, especially for a dachshund (back problems).
