Stopped by this Pub in Dublin one afternoon. The people who were working there were so friendly and kind. They took my husband on a tour in their underground storage area which he absolutely loved.

Yes—you need to stop here when you visit Dublin. Just a lot of fun. We took a tour and at the end we got to play the instruments in the recording studio.

St Stephen’s Green in Dublin
This was a wild experience. Nothing like visiting an Irish prison to get the creeps. It isn't actually used anymore. Thank goodness. You will find it south of Dublin.
Kilmainham Goal Museum is worth a visit.
Definitely worth a visit. It is inland between Dublin and the little town of Kinsale. You don't have to take a tour, but I always love the depth of knowledge from local tour guides.

If you are a dog lover, go to this farm. It amazing to watch them work. They are super focused hard workers.

You need to go here, but there are some warnings to consider: It can get very crowded and it could be so foggy that you can’t see anything, so check the weather and don’t go during peak tourist time.
The Cliffs of Moher | Ireland.com
This island is worth a visit, but you can only get there by walk on ferry or plane. We took the ferry. When you get there, you can rent a bike, take a guided tour, or just walk around. It can get pretty crowded but it is an absolutely lovely place.
Inishmore - Aran Islands
The seven churches is a very interesting site on the island of Inishmore. Get there by ferry then rent a bike. It was wonderful to wander among the ruins of seven ancient churches.

In Northern Ireland we enjoy this little beach town of Portrush. It was relaxing and not too crowded.
