I’m currently pregnant and entering the second trimester. I also have a toddler so all of these things really helped me survive the first trimester with a toddler.
The one thing I could stomach was pasta. I felt better making my own with 3 ingredients to make sure I got protein in. This helped with my nausea in the evening. It’s a plus my toddler loves spaghetti too.

Baths are a lifesaver as well! I really don’t test the temperature but I try to not make it as hot as I normally do and I don’t sit in it for a long time

These are also super helpful to have! It may be difficult in warmer weather if you are trying to hide that you’re pregnant. But perfect in wintertime when you have long sleeves to hide it some.

Honestly, if you can’t stomach plain water, don’t. Get flavored packets to help you get your daily water intake!
