Gum always! 5 gum is my fav because it lasts longer than any other brands of gum lol! gum is alwaysss needed for whenever i'm hungry/thirsty, anxious, etc

hand sanitizer!! coming from an anxious girly hand sanitizer is a must in my bag at all times! touchland is a fav because they smell amazing and are easy to use, and it doesnt leave my hands dry like a lot of hand sanitizers :)
