Essential Oils Set - 1 to 2 drops
Olive oil is helpful for many things and not only lip scrubs. For example, it is also helpful for hair, as a homemade conditioner, as long as you do not get it too close to the scalp (or it takes weeks to get the oil out!).
Olive Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Honey is also great for the lips.
Honey - 1/2 teaspoon
The main ingredient, the sugar. Diabetics, both Type 1 and Type 2 should be careful with this scrub, creating it (e.g., blending it), and using it. As a Type 1 myself, I have not had great difficulty in using it, but my recommendation would be to wear gloves in mixing it and preparing batches of it.
