Starting sourdough doesn’t have to be complicated. These are the basics I recommend for beginners to bake better loaves with less stress.
Any glass WIDE MOUTH jar is fine! The size of the jar depends on how much starter you want to have but I always suggest to go a little bigger to accommodate for sourdough peak!
