Do not be guilted into buying raw food for your pets! It is a myth that this diet is the most beneficial to your pet; in fact, raw food has numerous safety concerns regarding exposures to your pet from the raw meat.
There ARE, however, brands that are better for your cat than others. One of these is Hill's Science Diet. This is the one I would recommend the most; Hill's is a leader in peer-reviewed research and clinical studies, and they offer many options for pets with allergies/health issues.
Hill's Science Diet Perfect Weight Cat Food
Royal Canin is one of Hill's biggest competitors, and the food quality is very similar. They've received positive reviews from picky pets as well, and offer their own lines for pets with allergies/health issues.
Royal Canin Indoor Adult Dry Cat Food 7 lb
Rounding off my top 3 is Purina Pro Plan - while I would not recommend all Purina products for your pet, their dry food is exceptional. Similar to the others, the first ingredient is meat, and they have positive reviews from picky eaters.
Purina Pro Plan High Protein Cat Food 16 lb
Fancy Feast classic pate is one of the most budget-friendly wet foods on the market. Wet food is recommended once daily for cats, along with twice daily dry food feedings. This is to supplement water intake, which cats are notoriously bad at managing...

(Additionally, the box these come with will entertain your cat just as much.)

This is one of my favorite tricks. Cat trees are always so expensive, and for whatever reason my cat seems to use our amazon boxes more than the trees!
By stacking some amazon boxes and cutting holes into them, you can make your own cat tree for a FRACTION of the cost. My favorite thing to do after this is take some peel-and-stick wallpaper and press it to the sides of the boxes to make it look nice...
Alright, this guy is diabolically expensive but hear me out:
If you hate cleaning litterboxes, the litter robot is going to become your best friend. I have had mine for 7 years, and it has withstood four cats this entire time with no issues. I take the litter out once a week, and over the summer I take the bot...
It's definitely an investment, and I have ideas for cheaper litterboxes that you can find on this page, but if you have multiple felines and hate litter, this might be the thing for you.
Litter-Robot 4 Bundle by Whisker, Black
Skipping straight from the fancy litterbox to this super simple one, I have a couple tips for this box!
If you click on the wallpaper image on here, I have some instructions on making your own cat tree. Similar to that, you could put an amazon box over this litter box to hide it, and decorate it similar to the cat tree using stick on wallpaper! Cats ty...
