Travel through time from the present to the past. Experience ghosts and tragic losses within this book. It is an outstanding read. I highly recommend it!

Murder…foster homes…coming of age story of a young girl experiencing life without the weight of her mother on her shoulders.
White Oleander by Janet Fitch
A college student is caught up in a tumultuous love affair with a professor. Another great murder mystery by Christopher Rice. 10/10 recommend!

Blood and Chocolate by Annette Curtis Klause
Book one in the series. The book that started them all. Schuyler Van Allen attends a prestigious school in Manhattan, NY. She learns that she comes from a long line of vampires. I loved this book so much and need to finish the series!
Blue Bloods by Melissa de la Cruz
High schooler Jessica Alladola’s life changes forever when she meets a vampire named Aubrey. I read this in high school and immediately fell in love with the authors other works. It is a young adult novel that is well written.
Demon in My View by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes
The Last Vampire series was revamped into volumes and renamed Thirst. I originally read them all in high school when a friend said I had to read those books. I devoured them in less than two weeks. There are two other volumes both original and new.

Great coming of age story that I read within a few hours. The movie followed it so closely!
