A peanut ball was essential for labor after getting an epidural. Most hospitals will provide one but I brought my own just in case none were available!

I actually didn’t use it because my active labor was only 10 minutes and I didn’t have time to overheat, but I’d recommend bringing a fan in any event. It’s also great for a stroller!

I highly recommend a large canvas bag for blankets and pillows! This one fit 2 twin sized blankets, 2 travel pillows, a boppy, and 2 towels.

I brought 2 of these but wish I brought 3-4 because I stayed in the hospital a day longer than I anticipated. The button down is easy for nursing and I recommend gowns because of frequent checks after labor.

Sleeping in the hospital was near impossible with the constant vitals checks but I use a sleep mask every night anyway and it helped in the hospital for cat naps. These are the ones I’ve been using for a long time!

I brought two of these for my baby to wear and wish I brought a couple more! Infant gowns are very convenient during the hospital stay because of frequent checks, changes, and to accommodate for the ankle tags. They’re super soft too!
