I am always finding ways to save money and make things at home for better! This recipe is highly asked about because I share it with all my friends and family. Give it a try!!! Here is the full recipe for 30 servings! 75g redmond sea salt 11.5g potassium chloride 11.7g magnesium malate Serving is about 1/2 a teaspoon in 16-24oz of water. Mix in whatever flavoring you like!
