This is hands down my all-time favorite series I have ever read. I read this series 3 years ago, and I still think about it on a daily basis. I love the FMC and all the subplots. I might be biased, but I think this series deserves a Game of Thrones-l...
Throne of Glass
Another SJM series! This was actually the first series of hers that I read, and I was immediately hooked! It is VERY spicy, so if that is not your thing, I would skip this one! I would say that, even though it is very romance-focused, this story isn'...
A Court of Thorns and Roses
very good series. i am still finishing up the last two books but so far i love it and will recommend anything from SJM!
Crescent City Series by Sarah J. Maas
This is a very unique book with a great magic system! I was hooked on book one, and book two exceeded my expectations!
The Shepherd King Series by Rachel Gillig
Such an underrated fantasy book! I need more people to talk about this one. It has such a unique magic system, and I love the big plot twists that it has!
The Prison Healer Series by Lynette Noni
Love this book! Halfway through the series, the focus does change to a different character, so keep that in mind. But even when it does, it is still a very unique magic system and plotline.
Caraval Series by Stephanie Garber
Read Caraval first before you read this series! Many of the characters from Caraval are in this book, and you need to understand who they are first! I love Jacks and how he is truly a morally grey character.
Once Upon a Broken Heart Series
This was the first book to get me back into fantasy, so it does have a special place in my heart. I love all the characters and will support my girl Jude through anything she does. I need to clarify that it does have romance, but it is a subplot! It ...
The Folk of the Air Series by Holly Black
Such a good book! This author has multiple series set in the same universe, and I would recommend reading them all. Again, another unique magic system. This Netflix show does not do this book justice.
