These are my favorite sponges on earth!! If you put them under code water, they stay firm for scrubbing. If you run them under warm/hot water, they get soft and squishy for washing. I bought these to clean up after my pets in case of an accident but they work on most carpet stains. Just open the packet, place wet side down on the stain and stomp it into the carpet with your foot. In a few hours the stain should lift off with the pad.
