Equate 3% Hydrogen Peroxide Liquid USP Antiseptic, 32 fl oz
I use this to clean pretty much everything. No harsh chemicals, and it doesn't trigger my MCAS.

Vinegar is NOT a disinfectant, but it is helpful with breaking down tough grime and removing chemicals.

This is the concentrated version of the EC3 formula, so it's an easy way to get more bang for your buck. Just follow the instructions to dilute for home use.
EC3 Mold Solution Concentrate
We add this to our laundry to prevent mold spore and mycotoxin build up. It's impossible to 100% avoid all mold, so this helps if you're really sensitive.
