Official residence of the U.S. President; Need to see it from very far but still a good place

Seat of Congress, known for its impressive dome and historic significance.

Tall obelisk honoring George Washington, offering panoramic city views and love the garden around it.

Honors the civil rights leader with powerful inscriptions. The carvings here should be read by everyone.

Loved seeing the space exploration exhibits which US have accomplished so much.
Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum
Showcases key moments and artifacts from U.S. history. Personally, I was pretty sad when the tour ended as it had graphic history lessons.

To stroll around and also a serene view of the surrounding view. Some spots like rock creek park are just too good.
Known for its cascading fountains and historic steps. Pretty amazed to be spending half an day during my visit here.
Meridian Hill Park (U.S. National Park Service)
Scenic spot famous for cherry blossoms in spring and peaceful walking paths.
Must visit place to click pictures and grasp nature's beauty here.
Tidal Basin
Large urban park ideal for hiking, biking, and nature escapes.
Paradise for hike lovers and the views are extra ordinary at each turns.

Modern waterfront area with great views and a relaxed vibe.

Georgetown
Lively area known for cafes, bookstores, and nightlife. Loved the place specially on evenings where it was calm and quick eat up places.
Dupont Circle
International food spots, vintage shops, and music venues. Went for a small music show here and to roam around, loved the vibe. Good for a short trip
Adams Morgan
Home to George Washington University with an urban, youthful feel.
College students have a buzz here so soak it in.
Foggy Bottom
Want to have star gazing..go to the nearby park and just sit admiring the views..loved the greenery
