Potatoes are gluten free, and I eat a lot of them! Tater tots, french fries, and hashbrowns. I bake them in the oven or stick them in the air fryer. I often will bake them with some chicken, cheese and a few other toppings for some loaded tater tots!

I often will make gluten free pasta salad, or a “no pasta” pasta salad with avocados. This avocado salad is a great option, I doctor it up with some extra vegetables like carrots, cucumber, or celery.
