Place them in the aritight jar and top with cleaning vinegar. Only take out old rinds every 3 months, otherwise leave them in there.
Citrus Peels

Fill ¼ of the way with the vinegar/citrus solution, ¼ the way with rubbing alcohol, and ½ the way hot water. Replace used vinegar with fresh vinegar. Can add essential oils for fragrance (it will streak with the oils).
