You cannot go wrong with a Covergirl Lash Blast – these are a great buy that separate all of your lashes with its rubber brush. Can't beat the price point either.

This is a wetter formulation, but once it dries out a bit, it's perfect. The stiff bristles separate out lashes down at the base to fan them out and get as much definition as possible.
