Great public beach on Silver Lake with kayaks/paddle board rentals and many trails for mountain biking and hiking.
Pinckney Recreation Area
Great public beach on Bishop Lake with trails and camping areas, including small cabin rentals. You can also rent the pavilions for outdoor parties. A popular location for graduation parties.
Brighton Recreation Area
Beautiful course and reasonably priced!
Rush Lake Hills Golf Club
They have the best bloody marys!! And the golf is fun too ;)
Hawk Meadows Golf Course
This trail is right by my home and great for walks down to Captain Frosty or downtown Pinckney. It spans many miles from Whitmore Lake to Stockbridge!
Mike Levine Lakelands Trail
Restaurants
Frequent winner of best pizza in the area. Pull up by car or boat in the summer months! Located right on the Huron River.
Riverside Pizza
They have the BEST salads and breadsticks!
Towne Square Pizza | Pinckney MI
Our local go-to for friendly staff and a yummy meal. This is where we can go and they already know our order before we tell them.

Pay it forward/pay what you can restaurant with fresh, farm to table menu items that are out of this world delicious!! Volunteer opportunities as well. Just an all-around amazing place.
