Realistically, you only really need a decent cleanser and sunscreen - but consumerism takes no prisoners, so including all of the extra things too!
I'm super acne-prone, and this oil cleanser is SO simple/gentle! Does a great job of removing everyday makeup/skincare, but sometimes need a little extra help for heavier makeup days.
DHC Deep Cleansing Oil
I use this as my morning cleanser - turns out, benzoyl peroxide still works great for occasional breakouts. Plus, not super drying!
Differin Acne Face Wash with 5% Benzoyl Peroxide
My evening cleanser! Honestly, just a really good next step after oil cleansing. Very gentle, but not so “basic” where you feel like it's just cleaning.
Experiment Plasma Wash Moisture Gel Cleanser
I've been on a hunt for a good vitamin c serum - this comes pretty close to one of my favorites so far! Does a good job of brightening without messing up sensitive skin.
Cocokind Vitamin C Glow Serum
I primarily use this serum at night, especially before my tretinoin step. The viscosity takes a bit to get used to, but absorbs quickly and your skin immediately feels more plump after.
Experiment Super Saturated Ultra Hydrating Serum
I love this moisturizer so much that I've bought it in bulk - truly perfect especially for combo/oily skin. Lightweight, hydrating, but never feels like “too much”.
Cocokind Electrolyte Water Cream
My holy grail sunscreen, full stop. High SPF, mattifying, but never drying. Looks beautiful on the skin and plays well with makeup.
Celimax - Oil Control Light Sunscreen
Not the sexiest option, but does great with body acne. Too strong to use on my face, though!
111MedCo 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Bar
Naturium really just rules the body wash world. Great price, decent lather, does exactly what it says it does!

Persian girl living in the South = battle of the frizz. Pair that with some scalp problems, hair care feels like an uphill battle. Luckily, I think I've figured out a good equilibrium with these products.
I've dealt with seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp for 15+ years. This is the only thing that keeps it at bay!

Honestly shocking how well this conditioner does for SO CHEAP. It somehow provides the perfect amount of hydration no matter what state your hair is in. Love it!
Dove Conditioner Intensive Repair
For my curly hair days! My hair is naturally around type 2B-3A, and you could pry this leave in conditioner from my cold dead hands. Great slip, perfect level of moisture, and super simple formula.
Kinky-Curly Knot Today Leave-In Detangler
The gel I use for curly days! Has great hold and also manages frizz better than you would expect. I wish it had a little more of a cast while my hair dries, but that's the only con!

I fear that the price tag is worth it. A little really goes a long way and it takes a while to get through the whole bottle. I've definitively noticed a difference once I added this to my routine.
K18 Leave-in Molecular Repair Hair Mask
A relatively new add on that I've been impressed with! Super easy to spread through damp hair, and kind of is a Jack-of-all-trades product especially if you use heat often.
Rizos Curls Heat Protection Multivitamin Leave-In
Pretty solid! Can make hair feel a little stiff, but easy scrunch out when necessary. Also really love that it provides thermal protection when you may need to do a touch up!
Joico Power Spray
Lightweight and easy to use (especially if you follow their 2-3 drops instructions). Not sure if it does anything ground breaking, but a little goes a VERY long way, so the math works for me!
OLAPLEX No.7 Bonding Hair Oil
Yes, the price is insane. Yes, it has a learning curve. BUT - once you finally figure out your Dyson, the obsession really sets in. Truly, some of the best blowouts I've ever gotten even compared to a salon visit!

I honestly can't believe I used to do a full face before I went to class in college…those were the days. While a little bit of concealer and mascara does the trick nowadays, I'll always love doing a full beat when necessary.
This product is no joke since it's formulated for film/TV makeup - but does exactly what it says for oil control. Consistency is very water, but other than that, it's a winner.

A very new add to my routine, but absolutely insane longevity and coverage. Perfect for formal events or longwear-necessary days!
TIRTIR - Mask Fit Red Foundation
A liquid concealer that is simply *chef's kiss*. Coverage is just right especially for under eyes, and having it be self-setting is SO clutch when you're in a rush.

I promise you, this is the best pot concealer currently on the market. INSANELY high coverage, so perfect for pinpoint concealing of any acne/blemishes.
NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer
Still my favorite liquid blush option. Finish, longevity, and color intensity are spot on!
Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush
If there's one hill I'll die on, it's that expensive mascaras are never worth it. I've used this Covergirl mascara since I was 14 years old - not an exaggeration. The devotion runs that deep.
CoverGirl LashBlast Fusion Water Resistant Mascara
It's been a hot minute since I've used liquid liner, but this has always been my go-to. Something about the felt tip is easy to maneuver and get super sharp points. Plus, does not dry out quickly.
Clinique High Impact Easy Liquid Eyeliner
One of those eye shadow palettes that are regrettably, worth the money. Gorgeous texture/consistency, perfect color payoff, no notes from me.

If I see one more warm-toned brow pencil for blondes, I'll crash out. The “light blonde” shade works well if you're a natural dirty blonde, and the price is right.

I will never forgive Sephora for discontinuing my perfect MLBB lip liner. This NYX option is the best alternative I've found - I wish the consistency was a little creamier but otherwise, not half bad.

Oldy but a goody. Colors are typically accurate, and the blend-ability is quite nice. Plus, it takes forever to finish the product so the value is great.
