When Athleisure IS the Outfit
Comfortable enough for the couch, put-together enough to leave the house. These are the leggings, sneakers, sweatshirts & easy layers that prove athleisure absolutely counts as an outfit.
These barely look like activewear—and that’s exactly why I love them. Relaxed, polished and SO good with a fitted tank + sneakers. Basically workout clothes I can wear when I have absolutely no intention of working out.
“Wait, Those Are Alo?”: PantsSuit Up Trouser (Regular) - Navy
These are my kind of pants—relaxed, wide-leg and polished enough to look like an actual outfit. I’d wear them with a fitted tank + sneakers and happily stay in them all day.
When I Want Comfort Without Wearing Leggings: Villa Wideleg Pant – Women's Sable Lightweight Wideleg Pant
Okayyy Nike. The lace panels completely change these from basic track pants into an actual outfit. Sporty, a little unexpected and SO good with a fitted tank + sneakers.
Track Pants, But Make Them Fashion: Nike Sportswear Women's Loose Mid-Rise Lace Track Pants
This is exactly the kind of thing I’ll wear on repeat. Oversized, cozy and SO easy with leggings or baggy jeans. Gym, errands, travel, lounging…I’m wearing it everywhere.
The Throw-On-and-Go Pullover: Accolade 1/4 Zip Pullover - Navy
Gingham track pants? YES. I love that these feel sporty without looking like basic gym clothes. Add a fitted tank + sneakers and this is such an easy everyday outfit.
The Gingham Pants I Didn’t Know I Needed: Women's Woven High-Rise Gingham Track Pants - All In Motion™ Brown
It’s the army green for me. I LOVE these. Sporty, relaxed and so good with a fitted tank, oversized sweater or quarter-zip + sneakers. Exactly the kind of athleisure I want to live in this fall.
The Track Pants I’m Drooling Over: Women's Sunday Track Pant – Semi-Fitted, Mid-Rise Army Pants
Workout top or going-out top? BOTH. I love the fitted wrap style—and the fact that I could wear it with leggings or jeans makes it even better.
The Workout Top That’s Actually an Outfit: Women's Knit Long Sleeve Wrap Top - All In Motion™ Cream
The only thing I’m running is errands, but I still want the shorts. I LOVE the retro stripes—they’re sporty, different and exactly what I’d throw on with a tank + sneakers all summer.
Not Your Basic Running Shorts: Seamless Stripe Trim Mid-Rise Short 3" | Women's Shorts | lululemon
Give me a warm oversized fleece, leggings + sneakers and I’m happy. Cozy enough for freezing mornings but still something I’d actually want to leave the house in.
My Cold-Girl Uniform: Polartec 200 Series Fleece Half Zip | Women's Hoodies & Sweatshirts | lululemon
It’s the dark red suede for me - but there are sooo many cute color combinations of these – you really can't go wrong!
This Color Is EVERYTHING: Breaknet Sleek Sneaker - Women's
The polo collar (and this color 🤩) is what got me—it gives an oversized sweatshirt just enough structure to look styled instead of sloppy. I’d throw this on with leggings, track pants or wide-leg sweats + sneakers.
Not Your Basic Oversized Sweatshirt: OFFLINE By Aerie Cloud Fleece Polo Sweatshirt
One of my favorite lululemon purchases was a lightweight windbreaker just like this – I'm loving the Cypress Forest color in this one for fall.
The Windbreaker I Know I’d Wear: Mist Over Windbreaker | Women's Coats & Jackets | lululemon
Cushioned, sporty and comfortable enough for walks, workouts or an entire day of running around—and still looking good while you do it. 😉
New Balance Women's Fresh Foam Roav Shoe
Sporty, a little retro and way less basic than another pair of black leggings.
The Leggings I’d Build an Outfit Around: Groove High-Rise Tight 25" *Stripe Trim | Women's Leggings/Tights | lululemon
Sporty, relaxed & way more interesting than another pair of leggings. I love the wide-leg shape and contrast details—add a fitted tee or sweater + sneakers and you’ve got an easy fall outfit without really trying.
The Cool-Girl Alternative to Leggings: Champ Is Here Pants
These are the kind of pants I’d grab constantly—lightweight, relaxed and easy without looking sloppy. Perfect for walking, errands, travel or those days when leggings just aren’t happening.
When I Want Comfort but Not Leggings: Dance Studio Mid-Rise Cropped Pant | Women's Capris | lululemon
Definitely outside my comfort zone, but I keep coming back to them. They’re sporty, feminine and just different enough to make a basic outfit way more interesting.
Barreda Mary Jane Sneaker - Women's
For those early fall days when you want the oversized sweatshirt + sneakers outfit but it’s still way too warm for leggings. The 5" length is exactly what I’d want with a big cozy layer on top.
The Missing Piece in the Oversized Sweatshirt Outfit: Never Better High-Rise 5" Biker Shorts
The stripes are what got me. This feels more like part of the outfit than just another sports bra—perfect with high-rise leggings, track pants or shorts when you actually want the bra to show.
Too Good to Hide Under a Sweatshirt: Go To Striped Sports Bra
Wellness Things Actually Worth Having
Because apparently taking care of myself requires accessories now, 😉 Workout gear, recovery tools, hydration, sleep & wellness things that make feeling good a little easier.
This has become one of those habits I don’t even think about anymore. I add it to my coffee every morning—it blends in completely with no weird taste or texture, so getting collagen protein into my day takes basically zero effort.

I’m trying to be better about stretching and mobility, and a yoga block makes those “I am absolutely not that flexible” moments a little more manageable. Plus, I love the Sage color enough to actually leave this one out.
Manduka Recycled Foam Block - Because Apparently Stretching Matters Now
I bought this to add a little extra challenge to my daily walks and because maintaining strong bones is definitely on my radar these days. I love that I can turn a regular walk into a little more of a workout without actually changing my routine.
