💤 Better Sleep in Hotels
Sleeping in a different hotel room every night can make it hard to get good rest, especially with early report times or midday naps. These are the things I pack to block out noise, light, and distractions so I can actually recharge.
Cute glasses and great for blocking blue light from devices to get better sleep on a whacky schedule.
Project Whiskey
A great contoured sleep mask. Blocks any light from the room and great if you use lash clusters or extensions!

I love bringing a pillowcase from home for hotel rooms. Helps keep my skin clear and my hair neater after a nights sleep!
Satin Pillowcase in Blush
Magnesium, melatonin, chamomile, and elderberry. Such a great combo for sleep and to feel refreshed.
Hotel rooms are convenient, but they don’t always feel the cleanest. These items help me freshen up my space and make it feel a little more like home.
I love these for traveling and especially hotel rooms. Helps me feel refreshed when I get to the room and before I go to sleep.

Great natural disinfectant for remotes, doorknobs, and other high touch items in hotel rooms!

Women's Gripper Slipper
A cleaner room spray. Great to use on the airplane and in a hotel room that isn’t smelling the freshest.

🍜 Quick Hotel Meals
Late arrivals and limited food options can make it hard to eat well on trips. I always keep a few easy meal and snack options on hand for nights when everything is closed or I’m too tired to go out.
High protein and delicious. Great flavor and comfort food when I don’t want to leave my hotel room after a long day.
Black Garlic "Chicken" Ramen
Anything by Kevin’s is so good and the ingredients are clean! Love having these in my bag when I didn’t have time to meal prep!
Orange Chicken Bowl
I love the Purely Elizabeth brand! These oatmeal cups are great with some fruit or yogurt.
Collagen Protein Oats Cup, Blueberry Walnut
These are some of my favorite protein bars. Clean, healthy, and delicious. I like to keep a few of these in my bag for when I need some quick protein.

Dry cabin air, long duty days, and travel fatigue can really add up. These are the little self-care items I use on layovers to reset and feel human again.
These are amazing for an overnight refresh. Really hydrates my skin after lots of flying.
Salmon PDRN Pink Collagen Jelly Gel Mask
Traveling makes my undereyes TIRED. These are great for a refresh before doing my makeup.

On longer trips, small laundry essentials help me stretch my wardrobe and keep things fresh between flights.
So great if I make a little spill on clothes or a uniform piece.

Cute little bag for keeping my dirty laundry separated from my clean clothes on longer trips! Just unload it into the washing machine when you’re home!
